A comprehensive, solo brand identity and experiential design project. Drawing strategic inspiration from a specific geographic location to architect an exclusive private members' club identity and premium rollout system that profoundly resonates with a highly curated demographic.
Issue
The modern technology sector has driven an unprecedented epidemic of burnout. High-earning London tech leaders (aged 34–45) find themselves chronically overstimulated, asset-rich, but severely time-poor. Submerged in a 24/7 hyper-connected corporate culture, this elite demographic suffers from acute mental fatigue and a deficit of genuine, offline restoration.
Insight
Data confirms that the vast majority of UK tech professionals report that digital saturation has severely compromised their quality of life. Conversely, the iconic, pink Craigievar Castle in Scotland offers a distinct structural anomaly: it features zero electricity above the ground floor. The strategic intersection pairs this authentic, historical architectural isolation with the premium wellness sector’s demand for radical digital detoxing.
Solution
Lèighan House - A luxurious, completely off-grid sanctuary engineered as a physical antidote to a tech-saturated life. The brand positioning redefines hospitality by treating offline isolation as the ultimate contemporary luxury. The visual system marries high-end, ethical minimalism with natural, tactile touchpoints; offering overstimulated tech executives a hands-on, exclusive rehabilitation experience that actively rebalances mind and body away from the capital's digital noise.
